A way to be sent an email if a post is still in pending status after its scheduled posting time

There is a way to be sent an email if a post is still in pending status after its scheduled posting time?  I had an FB issue and corrected it yesterday.  I rescheduled my failed posts and 3 of them were still showing as pending with yesterday's date.
