Import Option for Emails

I've tried out the email system which I was super excited for and the main reason why I upgraded to the more expensive Post My Party. Today using it, I only have about an inch to inch and a half by the width of my screen in which to work. The help desk recommended switching browser, but I would lose all the work I had done. A save button would be super helpful!! Without, I may discontinue use. Cause who wants to go to a lot of work on something just to loose it because you lose Internet connection or computer dies or ..... any other host of reasons. Without the option of a save button, another fix I see is an import option. If I could design in Word or Canva or somewhere else where my work can be saved, then I could import it and email it out. Please make this happen!!!
