Export Ability

The ability to export a 'shared' template to either to Microsoft programs or Google Drive to make edits in either word doc or spreadsheet. Then copy/paste those changes within one's own copy of the Shared Template. It makes it easier to use color coding of where one left off if one is either multi-tasking or gets interrupted.
