Bulk Delete Contacts and Unsubscribe Option

I would like to be able to pick a tag I have saved and filter to those contacts and be able to either delete them out of my system or add them to a list to not email anymore. I have several and I get nervous I'll accidentally email the ones that asked me to unsubscribe them.
There's not great "unsubscribe" functions built in either.
