Custom Token Fields (renaming and listing)

I would love the option of having the ability to customize my token fields. I.e. Vizzlie used to let me rename anything between [these brackets] and I would be able to replace it with whatever I needed. i.e. [WORKSHOPDATE], [WORKSHOPTIME], [SHOPPINGLINK], [SHOPACARTLINK], etc.
