Tokens on the dashboard of the party/Edit tokens

I would LOVE to be able to quickly see the tokens used for a party and have the ability to change them all at once. i.e. a host changed the time of her party, so I had to search the posts and change it manually for EACH post. Gonna ask again-we would love to be able to have custom token names and not having to remember what they are called. i.e. [WORKSHOPDATE], [WORKSHOPTIME], [ZOOMLINK], etc.
